Rachel's goal was to lose 25 pounds. After only twelve weeks, she's only 5 pounds away from her goal! She's worked very, very hard to attain the high level of fitness that she has achieved. She has impressed me so much with her work ethic and her resolve. Unfortunately, she'll be traveling for the next few weeks, so we'll resume our training in July when she returns. She's an inspiration even to me, and I'm definitely looking forward to working with Rachel in the upcoming months.
