A Note From Dohn…
Hi, I’m Dohn Solis of FormShaper New York. From as far back as I can remember, I’ve been an active person involved in doing some type of sport or the other. Hence it was a natural progression for me to enter the fitness profession. I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 15 years now, and I can honestly say that I can’t think of anything else I’d rather be doing than helping people to make changes that will positively affect their lives.
Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, most successful ways to improve your health and fitness. Besides learning the correct way to workout, you can improve overall fitness, reach or maintain a healthy weight, and make lifestyle changes that you might not be able to achieve by yourself.
